Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after receipt of payment.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer international and domestic shipping through trusted freight carriers. Shipping methods include:

  • Sea Freight (preferred for heavy equipment like mini excavators)
  • Air Freight (available upon request for urgent deliveries)
  • Land Transport (for domestic or neighboring countries)

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs vary based on destination, delivery method, and order size.
  • A detailed quotation including shipping fees will be provided before finalizing your order.
  • All shipments are CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) by default unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time varies based on destination:
    • Domestic (within China): 3–10 business days
    • International: 15–30 business days depending on location and transport method
  • Delays caused by customs, holidays, or external circumstances are beyond our control, but we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues promptly.

5. Packaging

  • All products are securely packed in export-grade wooden boxes or crates to ensure protection during transport.
  • Each unit is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

6. Shipping Documentation

We provide all necessary documentation including:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of Lading
  • Certificate of Origin (if required)
  • CE or ISO certificates (where applicable)

7. Insurance

All shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and documentation.


8. Tracking and Support

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number or bill of lading will be shared. Our logistics team is available to assist you with tracking updates and delivery coordination.
